Yes! the concept of basing our perception of people on the fixed being (which some people surely are I agree!) is a tricky thing, because we are ever evolving and there is hope for people to change into better selves, even the ones who have hurt us! I totally agree that writing everything out can be a huge catharsis to release shame/anger/hurt over something traumatic it is so healing to do I’m so glad you did that here! ❤️🩹👏🏽
